The room was spacious and comfortable, fitting our needs perfectly. The location was great, with easy access to attractions and transportation. Plus, the breakfast was a nice touch and offered a variety of options to choose from.
The staff was not very friendly and did not seem to care about our experience. They were unhelpful and unresponsive to our needs.

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a modern and comfortable bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering us a delicious breakfast with some extra options. The hotel's restaurant had a diverse menu with reasonable prices. We also loved the location as it was close to the historical center and public transportation.

The apartment and bed exceeded expectations. Helpful staff and complimentary breakfast options. Great restaurant with a wide selection at reasonable prices. Convenient location near historical center, train and bus stations.

We had a great time at this lovely pension-hotel during our hiking trip with friends. the place was very clean and cozy, with a beautiful modern bathroom and comfortable furniture in the room. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of food. We especially enjoyed the restaurant's menu, with great chefs and reasonable prices. the location was also perfect, near the historic center, monasteries, and easy access to trains and buses.
Although we had a wonderful stay, it would have been nice to have a bar or minibar available in the building, as the restaurant closed early some days.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! the modern bathroom was beautifully designed, and the room furniture was comfortable and tasteful. the restaurant served delicious food at great prices. Plus, the breakfast was outstanding! Best aspects: the hotel's location was superb, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Their breakfast was varied and high quality. the care and consideration taken in the hotel's design was evident. the restaurant had great options at reasonable prices.
The restaurant closed early some days, and there was no minibar. It would have been wonderful to have a bar in the building or something to drink in the room.
